A lovely self catering apartment with its own front door, located on the ground floor, with fabulous views over the Staffordshire countryside. A double bed with a single put-me-up bed sleeps up to three people. There is a private walk-in shower, toilet and basin. The apartment has its own fully equipped kitchen area, flat screen TV, and fast wi-fi throughout. Bed linen and fluffy white towels are provided along with tea and coffee. Dogs are allowed in this room.

Double Bedroom (Larkspur Room) – double/twin £90 – single £70
This room has a lovely large super king bed with fantastic views over fields and our wonderful oak tree. It is split level with 3 steps up from the shower room to the bed, it is rather special and a delight to sleep in. The en-suite has a walk in shower toilet, toilet and basin. In the bedroom there is a large flat screen TV, tea and coffee making facilities and fast wi-fi.

Double Bedroom (Field Rose Room) – Double £90 or single £70
A wonderful room with an incredibly comfy antique double bed in the Main Barn, with fantastic views. The en-suite has a walk in shower toilet, toilet and basin. In the bedroom there is a large flat screen TV, tea and coffee making facilities and fast wi-fi.
